Our parking structure is scheduled to be washed down and disinfected on April 4, 2004. If possible, please move your vehicles from the garage by 10:00 am so that we can do a thorough cleaning.

We'd like to remind owners and tenants that the parking structure is for vehicles only. All items should be stored in the lockers. (A storage bin similar to Unit A will be permitted if the parked vehicle does not protrude past the line in the parking area). Items left in the parking structure not stored in the lockers or in a storage bin will be discarded during our Spring cleaning.

Next Meeting - April 4, 2004 at 5:00 pm***

Our next Homeowners Association meeting will be held Sunday, April 4, 2004, in Unit I at 5:00 pm. All owners are requested to attend the meetings. We only meet every two months and it is imperative that all owners make the effort to attend these meetings on a regular basis.

***It has been suggested that we have our meeting after our Spring cleaning.
